Vital Records by Parish

About the Vital Record Collection

The Download Tabs group Vital Records by Registration District, with an emphasis on Marriages during the 18th century.  While the downloads include Birth and Death records, the aim of this collection is to document every Marriage record for the surname of Wood between 1650 and 1800.

Clusters of Wood records are found in 160 of the more than 400 parishes in Essex.  The initial focus of this collection is on 71 parishes in the Registation Districts of Billericay, Chelmsford, Maldon, and Ongar.  In the future, additional Registration Districts will be added to the table.
